After attending a Jumpstart presentation at a summer conference, our leadership team decided to purchase Jumpstart Test Prep for our upcoming ACT WorkKeys® test. Our students completed the seven day boot camp which intensely focused on each section of the test. The individualized remediation offered by the program was outstanding, and our students showed impressive gains in all three areas. The workbook provided to each student was also a tremendous benefit in their preparation. When all testing was completed, Jumpstart sent a detailed data report of student achievement. The Jumpstart program definitely prepared our students and helped us achieve an 84% pass rate!  We were especially pleased with the number of our students who obtained gold and platinum levels.  Going forward we will continue to use Jumpstart and recommend it to other schools who administer the ACT Workkeys® test.

JumpStart ACT Workkeys Test Prep was extremely beneficial for West Lauderdale High School teachers and students. JumpStart was user friendly for teachers and students alike.  This program provided easy to follow tutorials that assisted our students in Applied Math, Graphic Literacy, and Workplace Documents. "Here at LBHS we use the JumpStart Workkeys test preparation for our students taking the ACT Workkeys exam.  During the students' ACT/CCR class we cover both modules for each test (Applied Mathematics, Graphic Literacy, and Workplace Documents) in 1 Block class and then they take the practice test the next. At which time the students are encouraged to go back and we work on the topics they missed on the post test.  This Process consumes approximately 1 week of time.  Immediately after the review the students take the ACT Workkeys battery of tests. JumpStart is a vital part of our planning and preparation for the ACT Workkeys exams."

Terry High School started the pilot program of Jumpstart Test Prep this fall, and the program was very successful with our students. Our students quickly realized that this wasn't just a program to quiz them, they realized that this was here to help them with their future employment. My students began to view this exactly as it was meant to and gained further insight into how the real world will be for them. Thanks to JumpStart our students have a better understanding of how the workforce will be and what will be expected of them as they leave high school and begin their lives.
